Login failed error
- Make sure your Location Name is entered correctly. You can verify it in your registration email
- Verify that your username and password are accurately entered.
- Reset your password through the mobile application if you’ve forgotten it.
User Disabled
If your user has been disabled, please contact:
- The building administrator of your organization.
- Your organization’s IT or HR administrator managing the Luckey system.
- The reception responsible for authorizing accesses.
- The relevant office or department handling access authorizations.
Device Not Authorized
This error means that another device has been used with your account, please contact:
- The building administrator of your organization.
- Your organization’s IT or HR administrator managing the Luckey system.
- The reception responsible for authorizing accesses.
- The relevant office or department handling access authorizations.
The administrator managing the Luckey system needs to reset your device association from the administrative panel.
Other issues
- If you haven’t received a response from your building’s manager
- If the application unexpectedly crashes or behaves unexpectedly
