Luckey System Status Report

The Luckey System Status Report is a crucial feature that empowers facility administrators with real-time monitoring capabilities, enhancing the operational oversight of critical hardware components and system health indicators.

Here are the steps to configure the System Status Report for your system.

Selection of Entities for Monitoring

From the Luckey Settings, administrators can configure the system to monitor the following entities:

  • Smart Locks battery level
  • HyperGate LITE/PRO Connectivity Status
  • HyperGate Atlas Connectivity Status
  • License elements usage threshold
  • Expiring credentials

Defining Thresholds

For each entity, thresholds can be set to trigger the inclusion in the report. This might include a minimum battery percentage, a maximum allowable disconnection time, a percentage of used license elements, or a specified number of days before credential expiration.

Selecting Recipients

Administrators can select specific users or groups within the organization who will receive the hourly reports, ensuring that the right personnel are always informed.

Managing Notification Frequency

Administrators can set a minimum number of hours to wait before sending repeat notifications for the same issue to prevent notification fatigue. This helps in managing the alert system more effectively by reducing redundant messages.

The system automatically generates a report every hour, but reports are only sent out if at least one of the monitored entities meets the set conditions. This ensures that the reports are meaningful and timely.

By continuously monitoring the status of critical hardware and system indicators, the Luckey System Status Report helps proactively identify potential issues before they impact the security or functionality of the facility, thereby enhancing the overall reliability of the security infrastructure
