- Make sure you’re in close proximity to the smart lock you’re looking for.
- Check permissions
- Verify the application’s Bluetooth permissions.
- Grant the application Location permissions to ensure Smart Lock detection [Android < 12]
- Virtual Keys Check:
- Verify that you have virtual keys for the locks you’re searching for
- You can do this by clicking the action button on the home page and going in the Virtual Keys section
- Restart Bluetooth and App:
- Try restarting your phone’s Bluetooth.
- Close and reopen the application to refresh connections
