Can’t find locks nearby? No worries, we’re here to help you troubleshoot. If your phone isn’t detecting any locks nearby, consider these steps:

  1. Check Bluetooth and Proximity:
    • Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
    • Make sure you’re in close proximity to the smart lock you’re looking for.
  2. Check permissions
    • Verify the application’s Bluetooth permissions.
    • Grant the application Location permissions to ensure Smart Lock detection [Android < 12]
  3. Virtual Keys Check:
    • Verify that you have virtual keys for the locks you’re searching for
    • You can do this by clicking the action button on the home page and going in the Virtual Keys section
  4. Restart Bluetooth and App:
    • Try restarting your phone’s Bluetooth.
    • Close and reopen the application to refresh connections
