How to use the NFC/QR Code HyperTags

A Sofia Locks HyperTag is a small NFC Tag with a QR Code associated with it.

An HyperTag can be associated via the cloud with a Smart Lock on a system. Once associated, you can open the lock associated with the HyperTag by reading the NFC tag or by scanning the QR code with your smartphone.

By reading the NFC tag or by scanning the QR code with your smartphone via the Luckey Mobile Application an opening command will be sent to the lock associated with the detected HyperTag.

In the case of an Android phone, simply place the phone on the HyperTag to read the NFC tag and launch the opening command, if the Luckey Application is closed or in the background, it will be automatically awakened.

In the case of iOS phones, if the phone model is lower than the iPhone 8 model, reading the NFC tag will only be possible with the application open by clicking the button in the Luckey Application home view. For models higher than iPhone 7, however, it will be possible to read the NFC tag with the application closed: a notification will appear through which the application will be awakened and the opening command will be sent automatically.
