Enable access for an Administrator

By default, in Luckey, user administrators are not allowed to enter the building. However, it is easy to enable this feature for them.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Luckey Web Portal.
2. Navigate to the “Administrators” section.
3. Select the administrator you want to grant building access.
4. Look for “Mobile Access” and toggle it to activate.
5. Click Save.

Now, the administrator will appear in the Users section, and you will be able to assign credentials to open doors.
